The Heart of yoga
Saturday October 25th 11am-1pm

Come and dive deeper into your Yoga practice. We will be using breath, asana and chanting to come to rest in the heart in meditation.

Through breath and postures we arrive in the body, opening, releasing and relaxing. Chanting opens the breath, unblocking and transforming emotions. Awareness moves from the head to the heart where we can rest naturally and easily in meditation.

You will be gently guided through the practice and will come to a natural sense of deep peace and well-being, leaving you feeling soft, calm and full of joyful energy.

Suitable for all levels. There is no need to have a good voice, all are welcome.

Sacred Mantra Chanting

Sheila will be teaching Sacred mantra and the White Brotherhood will be sharing information which will deepen one's experience and understanding of Sacred mantra and the chanting of them. This group will be focusing on Strengthening one's Energy Field and Protection.
